Where do you turn for inspiration or motivation when you're needing that extra kick to get you out there? For me, it's books, movies, and podcasts.
In this week's blog, I am sharing my favorite podcasts to listen to while working from home, doing dishes, driving, and/or walking down to the beach with my dog. The interviews, stories, and tips shared on these shows have helped significantly with shaping my mindset and training strategy. My hope is that they do the same for you!
